Don't Judge Revisited

If we don't judge then we must look at ourselves and each other as moral "equals".  If we are all moral equals then how can we justify (rationalize?) the death penalty?  Imprisonment?  Arrest?  War?   Being non-judgmental is wrong, not because it is impractical but because judgement is a metaphysical reality.  It is an inescapable part of being human.  In order for me to answer the question:  "how should I live my life?" I must be able to judge.  You're welcome.
